Returns Policy

‘Save The Girls’ wants to ensure that you are absolutely satisfied when you shop with us. Each order is uniquely inspected and packaged by hand to ensure accuracy and to maintain the highest standards of quality.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your products. Due to the sensitive nature of the products, Personal Protective Equipment (masks, hats, caps) is not refundable. 

Please email customerservice@savethegirls.com for a return authorization. Returns must be in unworn condition with all labels still attached. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping). Customer is responsible for return shipping.

All items need to be returned back to our facility, before any exchange or refund can be processed. 

If you are returning a product due to a defect, we guarantee our products for 120days. If your purchase was not made in that time frame, we will consider your request on a case by case basis. Please send a photo of the damage purse to customerservice@savethegirls.com with a short note describing your defect. We will then advise how to proceed. Please note that we will process your refund or exchange after receiving your returned shipment if applicable.
